As a vital member of our team, you will engage in the development of innovative digital and RF circuits aimed at supporting special operations and intelligence initiatives. Your work will address critical national security challenges and enhance decision-making processes across various domains, including threat deterrence, signal intelligence, cyber operations, machine learning, image processing, and data analytics. Our projects range from extensive RF processing systems to compact, energy-efficient solutions tailored for specific applications. You will collaborate with a diverse group of engineers who value an open and cooperative work environment to tackle complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop portable communication devices and compact wireless systems through the integration of high-speed digital and RF components, commercially available chipsets, and embedded processors.
  • Assist in the evaluation and testing of designs through validation processes, field trials, and troubleshooting, often under stringent timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend their most pressing challenges and devise innovative solutions.
  • Participate in design reviews, system integration, and comprehensive documentation efforts.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer or electrical engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware design, successfully guiding projects from concept through to fully integrated systems, including debugging and system-level testing.
  • Expertise in high-speed digital, analog, and RF printed circuit board design and integration.
  • The ability to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance by your start date, with the potential to achieve a Final Secret level clearance. Eligibility requires U.S. citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates who excel in this role will likely have:
  • A solid understanding of low-level RF system design and the application of custom circuitry to enhance system performance.
  • Experience conducting RF testing at both the printed circuit board and integrated system levels.
