Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-driven professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their goals and maximize the value of our product.
Responsibilities- Onboard new customers and provide a world-class experience for existing customers.
- Be a primary point of contact for customers and continually greet them with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- Ensure existing customers are effectively leveraging our product solutions to increase product adoption and build customer advocacy.
- Engage in regular, proactive outreach to customers in all stages of their journey - from initial onboarding to growth & expansion and through retention & renewal.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Configure platforms for customers and explain how our platform's functionality can support their business needs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Bachelor's degree and 3-8 years of experience in B2B customer-facing roles, such as Customer Success or Account Management.
- Excellent multitasking and project management skills.
- Well-organized, with high attention to detail, and ability to prioritize work.
- Confident, high energy, self-motivated, and a true team player.
- Possess strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills.
- Experience working with senior and executive-level customer contacts.
- Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in a fast-paced environment.
