Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating guests on our services, and ensuring a positive experience for all who visit our center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Educate guests on the benefits of waxing and our wax packages, making recommendations based on their individual needs.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, managing guest flow throughout the day to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent service even in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, as our center is open 7 days a week.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our services and products.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service experience preferred.
