Customer Service Representative Job Description

MIRATECH is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, resolving inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Accurately input customer orders into the system, coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment, and monitor order status to provide updates to customers as needed.
  • Technical Support: Facilitate the approval process for PO drawings, assist in setting up stock codes as per customer requirements, and handle post-PO maintenance tasks such as marking orders as won in Catalyzer/Maximyzer.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, process expedited requests to meet urgent customer needs, and notify customers promptly of any delays in order fulfillment and provide alternative solutions where applicable.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain organized customer files and documentation for efficient record-keeping, handle credit card processing securely and efficiently, and manage returns, RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations), and issue credit notes as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role or related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively are required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software is necessary.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy is essential.
