Role Summary: You will be responsible for ensuring that our beverages are presented beautifully and delivered promptly to our guests. When not delivering drinks, your role includes maintaining service stations that are fully stocked, clean, and ready for action, while supporting the team to deliver quick, friendly, and accommodating service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing the finest combination of food, drinks, and entertainment in a lively atmosphere.
  • Keep your supervisor informed of any issues or significant matters, taking prompt corrective actions when necessary.
  • Create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for both guests and team members.
  • Follow company sanitation protocols diligently.
  • Adhere to alcohol awareness guidelines to prevent overconsumption and manage intoxicated guests appropriately.
  • Evaluate guest behavior and notify a manager if necessary.
  • Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
  • Ensure all drinks are garnished correctly and deliver them to the appropriate tables and sections.
  • Assist in clearing tables and refilling drinks as required.
  • Help with bussing and resetting tables, and prepare supplies for the next shift.
  • Check back with guests after drink delivery to ensure satisfaction and respond to their needs promptly.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the menu items to answer any questions regarding food and drink options.
  • Work efficiently while adhering to the 'Full hands in, Full hands out' philosophy.
  • Support fellow team members as needed based on business demands.
  • Keep your work area clean and organized, setting up and breaking down station tables as required.
  • Foster positive relationships with team members to promote a cooperative and productive work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with guests to enhance their experience at Dave & Buster's.
  • Must be able to read and communicate in English.
  • Listen attentively to guests' orders and needs, and relay information clearly to guests and team members.
  • Adhere to the dress code, maintaining a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

While performing the duties of this position, the team member will regularly be required to:
  • Work during various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Operate in a noisy, fast-paced environment with potential distractions.
  • Read and write handwritten notes.
  • Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Move throughout the facility and stand for extended periods.
  • Walk or stand for the entirety of the shift.
  • Reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
