POSITION SUMMARY: You will be responsible for ensuring that our beverages are presented beautifully and delivered promptly to our guests. When not engaged in drink service, you will maintain well-stocked and clean service stations, supporting the team to deliver quick, friendly, and attentive service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by combining excellent food, drinks, and entertainment in a fun atmosphere.
  • Keep your supervisor informed of any issues or significant matters, taking appropriate action or suggesting alternatives when necessary.
  • Create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for both guests and team members.
  • Follow company sanitation standards diligently.
  • Implement responsible alcohol service practices to prevent overconsumption and manage intoxicated guests.
  • Evaluate guest behavior and notify management if necessary.
  • Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
  • Ensure all drinks are garnished correctly and deliver them to designated tables as well as other areas as required.
  • Assist in clearing tables and refilling drinks as needed.
  • Support the team in resetting tables and preparing supplies for shift changes or closing.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction by checking in after drink delivery and responding promptly to their needs.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu to answer questions regarding food and beverage items.
  • Work efficiently while adhering to the principle of 'Full hands in, Full hands out.'
  • Assist fellow team members as needed based on business demands.
  • Keep your work area clean and organized, setting up and breaking down station tables as required.
  • Foster positive relationships with all team members to promote a cooperative and productive work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with guests to generate excitement about the Dave & Buster's experience.
  • Must be able to read and communicate in English.
  • Listen attentively to guests' orders and needs, relaying information clearly to guests and team members.
  • Adhere to the dress code, maintaining a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Work varying shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

  • Move throughout the facility and stand for extended periods.
  • Walk or stand for the entirety of the shift.
  • Reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
