KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing concepts for a range of projects, from multi-platform campaigns to original content series and reactive social media posts.
- Crafting compelling copy that aligns with strategic goals and resonates emotionally with clients.
- Collaborating with the strategy team to formulate content strategies and establish brand voice and tone.
- Interpreting voice and tone guidelines to write authentically for various brands.
- Championing narrative and storytelling excellence at all times.
- Supporting new business pitches with innovative concepts and copy.
- Contributing to the development of fresh editorial strategies.
- Proactively offering creative solutions to client challenges.
- Generating ideas that respond to social and behavioral trends.
- Effectively presenting concepts and work to diverse audiences.
- Building and maintaining collaborative relationships across departments, including strategy, client services, and production.
- Reporting directly to the Creative Director.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Deeply knowledgeable about cultural trends and emerging platforms.
- Proven experience in generating groundbreaking ideas for ambitious global brands.
- Possesses a positive attitude and humility.
- Ability to inspire, influence, and motivate colleagues.
- Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to edit while adhering to project briefs.
- Experience working collaboratively with design teams to present well-rounded and visualized concepts.
- Familiarity with pre-production, on-set, and post-production processes is advantageous.
- Proficient in various writing styles, including scripts, taglines, social media content, and concept documents.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in creative industries, preferably within an agency setting.
