About the Role

Kitsch LLC is seeking a talented Copywriter to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling copy for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute copy for marketing campaigns, product launches, website, email, and social media channels, with a specific focus on hair care products.
  • Create engaging product descriptions that highlight benefits, features, and unique selling points.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure copy aligns with visual content and brand strategy.
  • Conceptualize and execute copy for ads, including paid social, direct response, and video scripts.
  • Assist in creating copy for packaging, ensuring it is clear, concise, and in line with brand messaging.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice, ensuring all written materials reflect the brand's tone and style guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date on hair care trends and customer insights to create relevant, on-trend content that resonates with our target audience.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of copywriting experience, preferably within the beauty or hair care industry.
  • Proven ability to write compelling, brand-aligned copy that drives engagement and conversion.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to create content that performs well in search.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a variety of tones and formats.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels including email, social media, and paid advertising.
