Job Title: Senior Creative Strategist

At TubeScience, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our strategy team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling performance ads that drive client revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective creative strategies using data, research, and creative insights
  • Analyze data in platforms like Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Collaborate with production teams to produce high-quality videos and static ads
  • Write persuasive scripts and copy for video and static image ads
  • Ensure visuals align with creative strategy
  • Provide feedback that aligns with creative strategy
  • Execute on feedback from Strategy Lead
  • Analyze results of creative tests and iterate

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Paid social or Direct Response experience
  • Direct experience with beauty social media digital ad campaigns
  • Able to learn from training/examples and quickly execute new skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong understanding of social media
  • Experience with FB Ads Manager and/or other ad platforms
  • Able to work comfortably across Google Suite

Compensation: $100,000 – $115,000 annually
