Position OverviewWe are seeking skilled professionals with outstanding patient care abilities and a strong sense of accountability to be part of our System Float Pool. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with a diverse range of patient care scenarios across various specialty areas within our hospitals.
- The Registered Nurse (RN) is tasked with assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care delivery.
- The RN is responsible for delegating patient care duties to other healthcare team members.
- As a vital part of the healthcare team, the RN coordinates patient care and collaborates closely with other professionals, patients, and their families.
- Maintains high standards of professional ethics and conduct.
- Associate Degree in Nursing is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Must possess a valid NJ RN License.
- ACLS and BLS certifications from AHA are required; CCRN certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of Critical Care experience is required.
- 2-4 years of relevant nursing experience is preferred.
