Role OverviewThe Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department provides essential nursing care to patients across all age groups, including neonates, children, adults, and seniors. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. The RN is responsible for delivering both direct and indirect patient care in a fast-paced emergency environment, demonstrating professionalism and initiative with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities include:
- Efficiently triaging patients upon arrival, prioritizing care based on clinical and psychosocial needs.
- Maintaining clear communication with physicians regarding patient status, symptoms, and diagnostic results.
- Responding promptly to changes in patient conditions and utilizing specialized emergency equipment.
$5000 sign-on bonus available

This is a full-time position with night shifts, specifically 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, including rotating weekends.
- Associate Degree in Nursing is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse license in New Jersey.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications must be obtained within one year of hire.
- A minimum of 8 hours of continuing education every two years in trauma assessment and stabilization is required.
To qualify for the sign-on bonus, candidates must have at least one year of RN experience.
