Role OverviewThe Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering professional nursing services within the Emergency Department (ED), catering to patients across all age groups, including neonates, children, adults, and the elderly. This position involves collaborating with various healthcare disciplines to develop and implement care plans. The RN is expected to provide both direct and indirect patient care in a fast-paced emergency environment, demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care delivery.
- Assume responsibility for delegating patient care tasks to other healthcare team members.
- Actively coordinate patient care and maintain effective communication with healthcare team members, patients, and their families.
- Inform physicians of any changes in patient conditions, symptoms, and diagnostic results.
- Exhibit the ability to swiftly and accurately respond to patient condition changes and treatment responses.
- Maintain high standards of professional ethics and conduct.
Sign-on Bonus: $5000

This is a full-time position with evening shifts, specifically 12-hour shifts from 11 AM to 11:30 PM, including rotating weekends.
- Associate Degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Must possess a current Registered Nurse license in New Jersey.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required within one year of hire.
- A minimum of 8 hours of continuing education every two years in trauma assessment and stabilization is necessary.
To qualify for the sign-on bonus, candidates must have at least one year of RN experience.
