Key ResponsibilitiesThe role of the Registered Nurse (RN) within our System Float Pool involves:
- Conducting assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
- Assuming responsibility for delegating patient care tasks to other healthcare team members.
- Coordinating patient care and maintaining open communication with healthcare colleagues, patients, and their families.
- Upholding high standards of professional ethics and integrity.
- Associate Degree in Nursing is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A valid RN License in New Jersey is mandatory.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications from AHA are required; CCRN certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of Critical Care experience is essential.
- 2-4 years of relevant nursing experience is preferred.
