Job Title: Commercial Development Executive

We are seeking a talented Commercial Development Executive to join our team at Fairfield Inn & Suites Nashville/West End, TN. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our commercial partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales and business development expertise to contribute to our continued success.

About the Role:
This position requires a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in business development and a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales leadership, with a focus on commercial partnerships and revenue growth. You will work closely with the General Manager and Corporate office to achieve business objectives and implement revenue-enhancing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue and expand commercial partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Corporate office to achieve business objectives and implement revenue-enhancing initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and optimize revenue growth.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or Marketing and Sales preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years progressive sales management experience in the hotel industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent analytical and customer service abilities.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, 401K, paid time off, and bonus opportunities.
