About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team at Oakland Consulting. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our software platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement software solutions to meet client needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software platforms
• Provide expert-level support to clients on ServiceNow platform
• Manage multiple customers, complex projects, and initiatives simultaneously
• Analyze and interpret metrics for usage and performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of industry experience in software development and architecture
• Prior experience in leading architecture activities and designing solutions on COTS platforms or Low Code/No Code platforms
• At least 4 years of experience on ServiceNow platform in modules like ITSM, HRSD, APM, PPM, GRC, or ITAM
• Extensive exposure to ServiceNow HRSD, related configurations, and architecture
• Experience in using Instance Observer, Instance Security, and Thycotic Secret Server integrations

Preferred Qualifications:
• Exposure to ETL Tools like Perspectium or Snow Mirror
• Extensive experience in administering, configuring, and managing enterprise applications like Globalscape
• Prior knowledge and experience in configuration and maintaining Managed Access Control (MAC)
• Knowledge on Integration Hub, Flow Designer, UI Framework, and UI Builder
• Experience with NOW intelligence and Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Exposure to Service Portal and capabilities in ServiceNow Washington version
• Experience working with SAFe, Scrum, or Agile development processes
