Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of the Omni Inclusive team, the Application Support Lead will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our stakeholders. This includes troubleshooting, investigating, and coordinating incidents, as well as working with developers and other infrastructure teams to determine root cause and implement preventative measures.

Key Skills:

7+ years of experience in a relevant field, with a proven track record of handling a team. Proficient knowledge of Unix complex commands and shell scripting, as well as working knowledge of Autosys, Informatica, and Cloudera. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have middleware knowledge, including application servers, web servers, MQ, and Kafka, as well as web development and API knowledge. Experience with Azure monitoring tools, AppDynamics, Splunk, and Grafana is also highly desirable. Good knowledge of Oracle (SQL/PLSQL) and SSH/FTP is required, as well as an understanding of Java-based applications and excellent communication and email writing skills.
