Job SummaryWe are seeking a Crisis Bed Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Crisis Bed Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing oversight of the Crisis Bed Program service space during your assigned shift. You will also provide direct client care duties and unit support functions to children and adolescents with a wide variety of psychological and emotional problems.
Key Responsibilities- Complete initial assessments and documentation for clients upon admission to the Crisis Bed
- Assist in the admission process, including obtaining vital signs and orienting new patients to the unit and their program
- Implement person-centered plans and deliver solution-focused and trauma-informed interventions to maintain safety and build skills
- Provide leadership, coaching, and supervision for all staff on assigned shift
- Monitor administrative needs, including utilization and capacity management, supplies, meals, and maintenance requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school in social work, psychology, or a related field
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- Experience working in an inpatient or residential/group home setting
- Supervisory experience
