- Provide administrative support to the unit/department assigned, serving as the first point of contact for patients, family members, and visitors.
- Apply excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all individuals interacting with the unit.
- Utilize excellent computer and clerical skills to support the unit/department, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication.
- Meet one of the following requirements:
- One year of experience in a medical environment.
- Completion of a higher level of education.
- Transferable skills, such as one year or more in a call center, customer service, or clerical role.
