Job Summary

The Custodial Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our facilities. This position will assist management in ensuring that all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Develop and implement training programs for custodial staff
  • Monitor and control supply inventories and equipment
  • Ensure that all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs
  • Supervise and coach custodial staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
Requirements
  • Previous supervisory experience in a facilities or maintenance role
  • Ability to lift, lower, push and pull objects up to 50 lb. unassisted
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish)
