Job Summary

The Assistant Manager, Operations role is a key position within the store leadership team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and successful operation of our retail business. This individual will manage business enablers, including financial and inventory management, and ensure that all aspects of store operations are running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the Store Manager's Operations vision and cascade it to team members.
  • Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules according to labor requirements, availability, and budget considerations.
  • Monitor and partner with the Store Manager to manage the budget and other business data and metrics.
  • Provide retail floor leadership to team members, including planning retail floor coverage and making decisions to maintain efficiency and effectiveness of retail floor operations.
  • Support sell-through management by ensuring accuracy of inventory counts and coordinating labor hours to efficiently receive product deliveries.
  • Execute company-level operations-focused directives, projects, and initiatives.
  • Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Leadership and People
  • Create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences.
  • Perform administrative actions to support team members, including completing payroll, approving vacation and time off requests, and other documentation.

Guest Experience and Community

Compensation and Benefits

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional team performance. The base pay range for this position is from $22.30- $30.17/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. This position has a target bonus of an additional 25%, subject to certain requirements and the Company's discretion, bringing the total target compensation range between $27.88- $37.71/ hour.
