About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at IntelyCare in East Boston, MA. As a nursing professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients in post-acute care facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients, including vital sign checks and regular reports to the nursing team.
  • Observe patient conditions and alert supervising staff to any concerns or emergencies.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for patients, including changing linens and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare staff.
  • Transport patients safely and comfortably to and from exam tables, beds, and wheelchairs.
Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures.
  • Effective organizational and communication skills.
  • Appropriate bedside manner.
