Requirements
  • Active Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in working efficiently within a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritizing tasks.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
  • Embody a compassionate and patient-centered approach to delivering care, prioritizing the needs and well-being of patients.
  • Display a foundational understanding of medical terminology and procedures, ensuring accurate and effective communication.
