- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Follow hospital protocols and procedures to ensure quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Active Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Valid driver's license.
- Demonstrate proficiency in working efficiently within a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritizing tasks.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
