Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit top production talent in market
  • Work on significant and unique issues requiring proficiency in a complex area requiring a broad grasp of Health and Benefits business
  • Lead sales activities for a defined geography
  • Coach, mentor, and assist colleagues in achievement of their personal and overall market goals
Requirements:
  • Ten plus years health and benefit sales, consulting and/or sales leadership experience
  • Experience with sales pipeline management and forecasting
  • Prior experience managing direct reports
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
  • Masters of Business Administration is a plus
  • Appropriate Insurance License/Life and Health
