Job Title: Hotel Sales and Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Sales and Marketing Director to join our team at GF Hotels and Resorts. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners, managers, and industry partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with other departments, including revenue management and operations, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong background in hospitality
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
