Job Title: Regional Sales Director

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Broker Manager to join our team in New Hampshire. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business every day by promoting ongoing sales growth and client retention through the recruitment and management of broker relationships on a regional level.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospects, obtains, and develops successful broker relationships on a regional to national level to maintain profitable sales growth.
  2. Establishes and maintains strong relationships with existing brokers, agents, and other stakeholders.
  3. Cold calls to obtain new business opportunities and develop client referrals.
  4. Develops and presents proposals and client-specific solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
  5. Educates brokers about the FrankCrum product line and provides ongoing training and support.
