Peri-op Infection Prevention Specialist

Join Our Team as an Experienced Sales RepresentativeIn this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. You will be responsible for managing a sales territory focused on customer support, growth, and strong relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong track record of selling, territory management, and portfolio growth.
The Impact You'll Make in This Role:
- Account and territory management to deliver sustainable business growth based on targets/quotas
- Use data and analytics to inform business planning
- Identify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities & constraints
- Leverage hospital network & various contacts to identify expansion and conversion opportunities
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with channel/distribution partners to manage relationships and align on mutually beneficial tactics/programs. Additionally, you will offer new and ongoing in-service, education, technical support, and troubleshoot product-related issues as needed.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher and four (2) years of sales, clinical or related experience
- OR High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of sales, clinical or related experience
- Current, valid Driver's License
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Strong understanding of clinical value drivers in the OR and across other sites of care
- Customer-focused selling and closing
- Demonstrated experience in establishing strong customer relationships with key influencers (i.e., surgeons)
- Outstanding data and analytical skills
