Peri-Operative Wound Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced sales representative to join our team as a Peri-Operative Wound Care Specialist in Akron, OH. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with top professionals in the field.
Estimated Salary: $141,775 - $173,280 per year
About the Job:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to tap into their curiosity and explore new ideas while contributing to the development of game-changing innovations. As a Peri-Operative Wound Care Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a sales territory focused on customer support, growth, and strong relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong track record of selling, territory management, and portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account and territory management to deliver sustainable business growth based on targets/quotas
- Use data and analytics to inform business planning
- Complete essential business planning requirements and maintain sales call data using Salesforce.com
- Identify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities & constraints
- Routinely consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of products
- Persuade key stakeholders at post-acute facilities to advocate for proposed solutions and products
- Relationship management with key clinical and economic stakeholders
- Identify new patients that could benefit from therapy (including NPIs)
- Grow adoption and utilization of electronic order submission platforms, and therapy consignment programs
- Ensure orders are billable by obtaining necessary required documentation
- Provide customer support/service
- Support conference, trade shows, and symposiums
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher AND minimum 2 years sales, clinical, or related experience in a private, public, government, or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED AND minimum 6 years sales, clinical, or related experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Current and valid driver's license
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
