Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Conformance Specialist to ensure our products meet or exceed internal and external requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality systems and processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement prevention-oriented quality systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product conformance to customer requirements.
  • Lead investigation, resolution, and prevention activities focused on product and process nonconformances.
  • Track process capability and collaborate with manufacturing engineering to improve results.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement projects.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Quality, Engineering, or Operations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Familiar with ISO/AS9100 Regulatory Standards.
  • Ability to manage and adapt to changing manufacturing priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
