Overview:

 Emerging Blue Jobs is seeking a skilled Sales Director to lead the retail operations of our high-end home furnishings store in South Carolina. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue, expand customer base, and improve market share.
  • Manage Sales Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
  • Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays, ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, highlighting trends, successes, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in retail management or sales leadership roles.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
