You are a highly motivated individual seeking financial freedom with uncapped earning potential. We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our team at FinTech Processing. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for growing our sales channels within your network and local community.
About the Role
This is a commission-based position that allows you to achieve financial freedom based on your efforts and results. You will work directly with a dedicated Sales Director to learn sales, our tech, and how to develop your territory. With our entire Support Team assisting you, you will provide business owners with the best experience possible.
Main Responsibilities
- Meet business owners to educate them on FinTech's Payment Solutions.
- Work directly with a dedicated Sales Director to learn sales, our tech, and how to develop your territory.
- Utilize our entire Support Team to assist you in providing business owners the best experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven sales experience: minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Self-motivation and drive: ability to work independently without supervision.
- Excellent communication skills: strong verbal and written skills for pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Ability to meet sales targets: demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas.
- Time management skills: capacity to prioritize and manage multiple clients or leads effectively.
- Reliable transportation: ability to travel locally or regionally to meet clients.
- High level of professionalism: ethical and customer-focused approach to sales.
- Availability: willingness to commit to a flexible schedule based on client needs.
- Access to technology: smartphone, laptop, and internet access for remote selling.
Compensation
This is a commission-based position that offers uncapped earning potential based on your performance. Future opportunities for growth are available based on performance.
