FinTech Processing is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives. This commission-based role offers uncapped earning potential based on your efforts and results.

Job Description

In this dynamic sales environment, you will be responsible for meeting with business owners to educate them on FinTech's Payment Solutions. You will work directly with a dedicated Sales Director to learn sales strategies and develop your territory.

You will utilize our entire Support Team to assist you in providing business owners the best experience. Your goal will be to find the right technology and payment solution for each business, including Elevate POS (Point of Sale System), mobile solutions, contactless payment options, virtual terminals, e-commerce solutions, and more.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales
  • Self-Motivation and Drive: Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills for pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Ability to Meet Sales Targets: Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas
  • Time Management Skills: Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple clients or leads effectively
  • Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel locally or regionally to meet clients
  • High Level of Professionalism: Ethical and customer-focused approach to sales

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on performance and location.
