We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at AbbVie. As a key member of our Commercial Oncology Precision Medicine & Diagnostics team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our portfolio of oncology diagnostic products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Marketing Tactics: Create and execute effective marketing plans to support the launch of Teliso-V and the ODL field team, focusing on biomarker education and optimal operationalization of testing.
- Align and Execute Field Tools and Analytics: Work with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of field tools, analytics, and reporting for the ODL team.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with internal teams, commercial field sales, and analytic/support organizations to create, implement, and optimize strategic initiatives for the ODL team.
- Develop National Diagnostic Strategies: Work with the Commercial Oncology Precision Medicine & Diagnostics team to develop and implement national diagnostic strategies and activities for Teliso-V.
- Collaborate with External Partners: Collaborate with external diagnostics partners to execute joint commercial plans for Teliso-V.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Technical and Market Knowledge: Maintain expertise on oncology Dx testing, including IHC, NGS, and how it fits into the treatment paradigm of targeted therapies and/or genomically-defined tumors.
- Support Training and Education: Collaborate with training teams to ensure internal and external training needs for CDx are met.
- Contribute to Integrated Strategy and Planning: Contribute to the integrated strategy and annual planning process for Congresses and Sponsorships related to Teliso-V and the ODLs.
- Support Pathology External Expert Engagements: Execute individual contracting engagements and potential advisory boards with Pathology External Experts.
- Maintain Collaboration with Internal Brand Teams: Work closely with internal Brand teams to develop and execute brand-specific biomarker strategies as part of the broader brand planning process.
- Oversee Contracting and Budgeting: Oversee the approval of Statements of Work, Purchase Orders, and consulting contracts, including coordination with relevant individuals and vendors.
- Promote a Culture of Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant policies and procedures related to planning and executing Precision Medicine and Diagnostics programming.
