**Job Summary**

The Assistant Store Manager is a key member of the rue21 team, responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our stores.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement

• Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention

• Collaborate with district managers to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives

• Foster a positive and inclusive store culture that promotes teamwork and customer satisfaction

• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement

**Requirements**

• 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
