About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Marshalls. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
- Lead a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales results
- Oversee the visual merchandising and presentation of the store to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement training programs to enhance sales associate skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Two (2) years' of retail leadership experience with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
