Requirements

  • Two (2) years' of retail leadership experience with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
