Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, including health and safety regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and increase sales.
  • Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and safe condition, including the preparation and presentation of food.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office and POS systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
