Enterprise Sales Professional

Dell Technologies is a global leader in the technology industry, and we're seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Enterprise Sales Professional - PC Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base within a defined territory of enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets, expand our customer base, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- IDENTIFY AND QUALIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES: Research, network, and prospect to identify potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
- PRESENT AND DEMONSTRATE SOLUTIONS: Effectively present and demonstrate our range of Client and End User Solutions and IT services to potential clients.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN KEY DECISION-MAKER RELATIONSHIPS: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the assigned customer/prospect base.
- COLLABORATE WITH INTERNAL TEAMS: Work closely with internal teams, including extended sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements: Ensure favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
- STAY UP TO DATE WITH INDUSTRY TRENDS: Stay current on PC industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology sales, with a focus on PCs and IT services.
- Proven track record of successfully selling to large enterprises and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and the challenges faced by large organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Total Target Compensation Range: $211,650 - 268,000, including base salary and commissions (60/40 split).
