About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Director to lead our Walk to End Alzheimer's event in Denver, CO. As a key member of our Development team, you will be responsible for driving the success of this large-scale fundraising event, leading a team of volunteer leaders, and cultivating relationships with corporate and community partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals through positive engagement with corporate and community volunteer leaders
  • Lead a team of dynamic volunteer leaders, providing coaching, recognition, and accountability to drive success
  • Cultivate relationships with key C-suite corporate and community partners to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth
  • Recruit, manage, and coach volunteers to effectively implement best practices and achieve fundraising goals
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and data to ensure successful event execution
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in peer-to-peer fundraising, preferably in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated management skills, including goal-setting, project management, budgeting, and accountability
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategies for identifying, recruiting, and engaging high-level volunteer leadership
  • Strong ability to build sustainable corporate and community relationships, drive revenue growth, and increase brand awareness
  • Ability to work with diverse communities, build an inclusive environment, and travel up to 50% within the assigned territory
