R FK Community Alliance invites applications for a full-time Residential Counselor/Direct Care Support Professional position in our South Hadley location. As a key member of our residential team, you will work closely with youth, families, and colleagues to create a safe, supportive environment that promotes personal growth and positive behavioral change. Your role will involve assisting in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, building positive relationships with youth, and utilizing de-escalation techniques and crisis management strategies when needed.

Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a salary range of $20.00 - $21.25 per hour, plus an attractive benefits package including comprehensive health coverage, paid time off and holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, educational assistance, and a retirement plan with a generous employer match. Additionally, this position is eligible for a $2,500 Sign-On Incentive in the first year of employment.
