**Job Summary**

The Home Health Support Specialist will be responsible for providing personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication reminders
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) program
  • Minimum of two professional references
  • Available, reliable transportation to and from assignments

**Salary:** $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience and location. Estimated annual salary: $31,200-$41,600.
