About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Intervention Child Development Specialist to join our team at Criterion Child Enrichment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with families and children in our Early Intervention programs, promoting their development and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of infant-toddler development and provide education, training, and support to families to promote their child's growth.
  • Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services, meeting the unique needs of each family.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans for families, focusing on their child's strengths and areas for growth.
Requirements
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work or related field; current licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • Two years of experience in pediatric social work, preferably in an Early Intervention setting, with a strong focus on family-centered practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
