Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Maradyne Corp. as a key member of our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing product presence within their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share within the assigned territory.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales approaches.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our dehumidifier products and their applications to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, conduct product demonstrations, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Reporting: Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management on a regular basis.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback on market needs and product improvements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the HVAC or dehumidification industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools like Excel and Google Docs.
Travel Requirements

Required to travel within the territory for up to 9 days a month, with occasional attendance at conventions and industry events.
