Position Summary

As a Registrar Clerk at Concorde Career Colleges, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our students. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining the accuracy, security, and integrity of student records, ensuring compliance with academic processes, and fostering a culture of professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Student Records Management: Assist in maintaining student files and records, ensuring their accuracy and security, and contributing to a smooth administrative process.
  • Exception Resolution: Reconcile exceptions and investigate/resolve records in our Student Management System, ensuring policies are adhered to and exceptions are documented appropriately.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, interacting with staff, students, and external parties, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to our core values.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent customer service skills are essential.
  • Experience with CampusNexus is a plus.
