Healthcare Services Program Coordinator

The Healthcare Services Program Coordinator is a key contributor to the Drug Free Sport International/International Doping Tests & Management (DFSI-IDTM) growing Healthcare Services division. The person in this role will operate in a fast-paced work environment, contribute to the administration of day-to-day department operations, and effectively communicate with team members and clients to achieve any mission, anytime, anywhere.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and requirements and provide fulfillment progress.
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media and direct outreach to identify independent contractors for staffing needs.
- Vet independent contractors and credentials to ensure alignment with clients' needs.
- Coordinate execution of service agreements and prerequisite packets including background and reference checks per clients' requirements.
- Manage the project placement process and facilitate detailed communication between clients and independent contractors.
- Liaise with clients to ensure adequate on-site staffing is provided and address client feedback pertaining to independent contractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with independent contractors and clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Manage the administration of the healthcare services program including in-office scheduling support, client accounting and invoicing, and occasional travel to on-site client events.
- Understand and apply quality principles to daily responsibilities; collaborate with others on quality objectives; and address nonconformities as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance and safety standards are met related to client requirements.
- Share feedback, generate ideas and insights to improve processes and experiences.
- Assist with other healthcare services segments and professional and amateur sport client programs as needed.
- Serve in the absence of other team members when necessary.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, human resources or related field, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in contractor staffing coordination and the fulfillment process.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Highly credible, ethical and persuasive interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving, with a proactive approach in identifying and addressing challenges.
- Skilled in software applications including Microsoft Office and intermediate level of Excel.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically including upon short notice and weekends.
- Pass a pre-employment screening including drug test as permitted by applicable state laws, non-credit background check, execution of confidentiality agreement, and verification of higher education degree(s) and/or certificate(s).
