Job Title: Senior Civil Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineering Manager to join our team at Moody and Associates, Inc. (Moody). As a member of our growing Civil Engineering practice, you will be responsible for managing and designing technical activities for our commercial, institutional, municipal, and energy clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tasks on multiple projects in accordance with Moody's high standards of project management.
  • Develop and present proposals, including scope of services and cost estimates for projects.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, error budgets, and communicate project status to internal team members and customers.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, inspectors, engineers, internal team members, and subcontractors throughout the duration of projects.
  • Mentor and manage staff at all levels.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional engineering license in PA is a minimum requirement.
  • 10+ years of civil engineering experience, along with staff management experience.
  • Expertise with the site development discipline is required.
What We Offer:
  • Comprehensive benefits package.

  • Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000, commensurate on qualification and experience.
