Your Role as Aquatics Program Manager
In your capacity as the Full Time Aquatics Program Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative aquatic programs. Your role will encompass creating engaging curricula and activities, supervising staff, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. By consistently achieving program objectives, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the personal growth and well-being of our community members.

Are You the Right Fit?
To thrive in the position of Full Time Aquatics Program Manager, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 3-5 years of demonstrated success in program development and management. Key qualifications include Lifeguarding certification, CPR, First Aid, and AED training. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
