Key Responsibilities

As the Program Director, you will be the driving force behind our initiatives, overseeing budgeting, recruitment, training, and scheduling of staff across essential program areas such as Youth and Adult Sports, Youth and Teen activities, Group Exercise, and Family Events. Your leadership will ensure these programs operate seamlessly, creating an engaging and positive atmosphere for all participants. With your support, staff will be empowered to deliver programs that reflect our core values, fostering a meaningful impact within the community.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Education, Family Studies, or a related discipline, demonstrating your commitment to the field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in staff management is essential to ensure effective program delivery. Strong communication and organizational skills are vital for success, as you will navigate various program areas and staff responsibilities. The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and inspire your team to perform at their best will be crucial in creating a positive and impactful experience for our youth and families.
