Aerotek is seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as Medical Device Assemblers. No prior experience is required; we are willing to train the right candidates.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform precise assembly tasks using small hand tools, including tweezers and screwdrivers.
- Work on specific sub-assemblies repeatedly and pass the product to the next team member.
- Contribute to the production line as part of a team.
**Requirements:**
- Eye-Hand Coordination and Dexterity: Ability to handle small parts with precision.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Availability to work 2nd shift.
**Work Environment:**
- Cleanroom Setting: Appropriate attire required (closed-toed shoes, ankle-covering pants or long skirts). No makeup, nail polish, or jewelry allowed in the cleanroom.
