Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Emerson's Rosemount Facility in Boulder, CO. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in the assembly of devices used for measurement in various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble devices according to specifications and quality standards
  • Perform a variety of tasks at a workstation, including hand soldering, brazing, making repairs, testing, and packaging of finished products
  • Participate in daily organization and cleanup of the work area
  • Follow safety guidelines and report any unsafe conditions to supervision
  • Inspect work to ensure total quality
Requirements
  • Proven work history showing dependability
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • No experience required; training will be provided, and you will be given the mentorship and tools needed to be successful
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Positions are contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment screening
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools
  • Oracle experience

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the hourly pay range for this role is $22.45, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
