We are seeking a Senior Leader in Program Management within our Research, Development & Innovation (RD&I) and Ariba Solutions Delivery (ABSD) team. In this role, you will drive the adoption of new capabilities and maintain existing systems within the source-to-pay (S2P) framework.

Our mission is to enhance the procurement experience for stakeholders, suppliers, and business partners. You will collaborate with various teams across the Center of Expertise (COE) to evolve our current processes and technologies.

Your Impact

As a Senior Leader in Program Management, you will be instrumental in our transformation journey, ensuring we meet our strategic objectives. You will lead discovery workshops, coordinate cross-functional meetings, and establish context and goals for multiple project leaders while overseeing S2P roadmap implementations.

This role offers a unique chance to lead, collaborate, and mentor across various levels, aiming to deliver a streamlined and efficient source-to-pay experience for our enterprise stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, particularly in source-to-pay processes and technologies (e.g., E-Parts, Gold, Ariba).
  • Proven ability to lead significant projects related to business processes, technology implementation, and policy integration.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and within the industry, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
  • Capability to create persuasive presentations and develop comprehensive business cases.
  • Manage risks and identify roadblocks effectively.
  • Transform data into strategic, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with E-Parts, Gold, SAP Ariba, and other S2P technologies is preferred.
  • Industry affiliations are advantageous.

Work Environment

This position is hybrid, requiring some onsite work as determined by the hiring team.

Export Control Compliance

To comply with export control regulations, this position requires a "U.S. Person" as defined by applicable laws.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading projects utilizing Project Management Best Practices.
  • 5+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
  • 3+ years of experience in team leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 3+ years of experience with SAP Ariba (configuration, enhancement, customization).
  • 3+ years of experience with GOLD.
  • 3+ years of experience using the ePARTS requirement system.
  • 3+ years of experience in Systems Integration Testing/User Acceptance Testing (SIT/UAT).
  • 3+ years of experience in writing automation test scripts and maintaining test environments.

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically requires 10 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. An advanced degree is preferred but not mandatory.
