Restaurant Server Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Server to join our team at 21c Museum Hotels. As a Restaurant Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sell menu items and promote our restaurant's offerings to increase sales.
  • Work accurately and efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet guest expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with tasks as assigned by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in an upscale dining environment preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak, read, and understand English.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
